“We checked in for our visit on June 22nd and found the status of our rental to be unacceptable. There was moss growing in one window-sill, no air-conditioning as advertised, cob-webs, dead bugs on the floor, etc. Essentially the rental had not been cleaned for the season and had an inattentive owner. We were very upset and did not wish to spend our vacation at this location. Heidi was a lifesaver and was calm, cool and collected; she not only helped us to find a new rental for that same week that would accept our dog but found one that was in a better location and immaculately clean. She even went as far as to drive her car over to our original rental and help pack and unpack both cars; she even helped to carry items from the house to the car for our move out and second move in. I was particularly upset at the original turn of events and Heidi’s care and thoughtfulness helped make a bad situation better; she even checked in with us a few times after we were settled to ensure all was alright. We are very grateful for all of her help and know that our stay would not have been as wonderful without her help.”
