Point
Pleasant is
compromised of the northern most communities in
Ocean County and is along the
Manasquan River. It offers a strong sense of
community thanks to non-profit and community groups as well as year-round and
summer residents.

Pleasant
Beach: Located at the top of the Inter
coastal Waterway in Ocean County,
Point
Pleasant Beach offers the architectural charm of
past eras as well as the appeal of fine dining and shopping. The expansive family boardwalk with lots of
amusements for the “little ones” makes this beach town a great family area to
vacation or to live. The boardwalk
boasts the areas only aquarium, filled with sea life to learn about touch and
feed. The beautiful Inlet area offers an opportunity to watch various
watercrafts go in and out of the Atlantic
Ocean, as
well as watch the large fishing trollers head out into the open water. Browse
the waterfront of restaurants and fishing boats, or sign up for a day out
fishing in a group. Lots of great fun to be had in Point Pleasant Beach.
Bay Head: This small town, which boasts
beautiful and historical Victorian homes has the Atlantic
Ocean to
the east and Barnegat Bay to the west.The streets and the
residents take great pride in their quiet and uncrowded beaches and lakefront.
It is the only community in the area that offers lovely bed and breakfast inns
to relax and enjoy the small shops and restaurants. This community also offers
the nicest Christmas night by the beach.
You can stroll the small town-wide businesses and enjoy cider and cookies
while kicking off the holiday season with Christmas carols and tree lighting and
lots of holiday cheer. A great place to put you in the holiday mood in early
December.
Mantoloking: Just south of Bay Head on the
Jersey Shore, Mantoloking shares its name with
its sister community Mantoloking Shores. While neither community offers
shopping or restaurants they do offer the expansive guarded beaches and vast
bayfront filled with beautiful homes that show care and pride. Mantoloking proper offers fabulous oceanfront
homes, and the lovely Mantoloking Yacht club where your boat could be docked and
secured. Mantoloking Shores, the sister
town with its municipality being in Brick Township offers the large Brick beach,
and lots of lagoon front and cove front as well as the exclusive bayfront. The
community of Mantoloking shores offers the lovely bayfront playground where you
can enjoy a basket lunch, crab, put the
kids on the swings or sit with that special someone and watch the
sunset.
Normandy Beach:
With this
beach community shared by both municipalities of Brick and
Dover, Normandy beach is a great family
playland. There are Beautiful and
exclusive bayfront homes as well as beautiful oceanfront homes that put you
right in the sand! Enjoy the small “town” to take in the small shops and
restaurants go to the bay beach and play ground or join the
Normandy beach yacht club and
socialize. It is all here in
Normandy Beach!
Ocean
Beach:
Enjoy the
bay and beach breezes in Ocean Beaches (I,II, III). Each of the communities independent however
all under the township of Dover. The Ocean Beaches comprising of
smaller deed restricted beach homes offer the beach and bay breezes to all the
residents. Lots of community happenings
in the Ocean Beaches throughout the summer season. Enjoy the fourth of July in the Ocean Beaches
with baby beauty contests, sand sculpting, watermelon eating, and fun time on
the beach ending in the evening on the bay.
An itinerary of events is provided for homeowners to enjoy the summer
days with arts and crafts and swimming, ping pong, and pinball. The family with
little ones can spend the day on the guarded bay beaches with its protected area
and playgrounds, or venture to the ocean for a ride in the surf. The average ocean beach home is two to three
bedroom single story structures, make this an affordable family getaway by the
sea.
Lavallette: A popular place for families,
Lavallette is located in the central seashore region of
New
Jersey. This borough offers protected
beaches, playgrounds, tennis courts, bike paths, and docks for fishing and crabbing. Check out
the small shops in town or enjoy lunch at one of the many eateries. Have lunch
by the bay, watch the boats sail out of the Lavallette Yacht club, or enjoy one
of the many arts and crafts shows that are weekly during the summer. The
landscape of bayside and Oceanside appeal to both vacationers and homeowners,
for their fun in the sand and sun. The
walking boardwalk provides 1 ½ miles of baby strolling, walking jogging, or just
taking a deep breathe of the clean salt air, amusement free.
Ortley Beach:
This small
seaside community in Dover Township has lots to offer the vacationer or year
round resident. Boasting the famous
“Surf Club” Oceanside nightclub and afternoon party place make Ortley Beach a great gathering spot to
have a cocktail, enjoy the music and ocean breeze as you catch up with old
friends and meet some new ones. This
small community offers town homes, condos and private homes to suit any home
buyer. This small community has a big heart.
Seaside Heights:
This
friendly and small beach community on the Barnegat Peninsula in Ocean County has
many attractions on the mile-long boardwalk. The ocean beach is closer than four
blocks from their popular bay-front beaches. The Atlantic Ocean is to the east
and Barnegat Bay is to the west. This ever changing and growing Seaside
community offers homes that range in price and variety. The town’s newest
attraction is one of the largest water parks in the area. Fun for everyone
describes Seaside heights. Whether you

all Seaside Heights has to offer.
Seaside Park: This borough, located on the
Barnegat Barrier Island in Ocean County, with its two miles of shore line boasts some

town with a few shops and places to eat provide an enjoyable environment to live
